I stayed here twice and both times the lobby, rooms, dining, and pool area were all extremely clean and pleasant. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful! (I event went to another Four Points location by accident before checking in here, and the staff there very kindly redirected me to this location.) The hotel also stored my larger bags for a few days for free while I went on a weekend trip to Phuket.

Very close to BTS station and on 16F the traffic noise appears to be tolerable. Staff are very polite for sure but check in unexpectedly took 30 minutes. The USB socket in the room does not work.

Absolutely lovely hotel and lovely staff :) they were so kind and polite to me :) food was excellent in the hotel restaurant and that waitress was so Sweet and smiling :) i would recommend this to everyone ….i had a nice view from my room in the floor 26 :) i would be booking this hotel again :)
