"In concurrence with others, I found check-in not the friendliest. They did their job, but not with any smiles or pleasant attitudes. Also, internet does have issues, but follow instructions another wrote. A positive, they did accommodate my wishes/requests. However, with an issue on day 2 and later at check-out, clerks those times were fabulous, helpful, and cheerful. Mattress on the very firm side. Smoking is allowed. My room didn't smell, but the hallway did, and the smoke came in...
